When completing the online registration form, either as a client or consultant, we may collect personal and sensitive information such as your contact details and CV. This information will be stored and used by us to provide our services to both clients and consultants. We will use the data in particular to ascertain the suitability of a consultant to a client project assignment. Some of the information collected may be disclosed to either the client or a consultant during the matching process at the time that it is deemed necessary to do so.

We may also use any non-personal or anonymised data about you for internal business purposes, such as generating statistics and developing marketing plans.

Once you have registered with us, we will use your data to communicate with you by post, email or telephone.

We may disclose any data we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law or on the request of any appropriate authority. Any personal data or sensitive personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with Data Protection Laws. However, the electronic transmission and processing of data is inherently insecure and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of any data you provide to us.

2. Cookies
In order for us to recognise that you are a return use, we may place a “cookie” onto the hard drive of your computer. This will be stored until you choose to remove it. 7. Updating your information
You are able to review, modify and/or change the data contained on our database in relation to yourself at any point. As well as being able to change the information that we have on you then you can also request that we remove all of your personal information at any time.

If you do not agree with the way in which we retain and use data, as expressed within this document, then please do not submit any of your personal information to us. Furthermore if at any point you choose that you would no longer want us to have your personal or sensitive information then you can request that we remove this data from our database.
